GENERAL
1. By purchasing a commission from me, you have automatically accepted my Terms of Service.2. I retain all rights to the images I create, including but not limited to:
Self-promotion.
Public display on websites, social media, portfolios, etc.
Creation of recordings/timelapses of the art process for videos or other behind-the-scenes content.
Creation of merch for fanart-type commissions (with client’s permission).
3. I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline a commission.4. You must be 18 years old or above to order a commission.
USAGE POLICY
1. Commissions are for personal use only. You’re allowed to use the artwork for:
Gifts
Profile pictures, banners, social media posts, streams/videos with proper credit included
Prints for personal use and display in personal spaces
2. Commercial use can be discussed for an additional fee and contract. Commercial rights will grant you permission to use the art in merch to promote yourself and/or your brand. Proper artistic credit is still required even if the commissioned piece for commercial use is altered or edited.3. If you want the commissioned artwork to remain a private piece (e.g. not uploaded publicly or not used in a timelapse video), there will be an extra 20% fee. Please state this in advance.4. Client is strictly prohibited from:
Making a profit off the commissioned artwork in any way, unless commercial rights have been purchased.
Tracing or altering my work without permission.
Using the work in progress (WIP) I provide to commission other artists.
Using my work for NFTs or blockchain.
Using my work for any AI/machine learning training, tools, platforms, programs, etc.
PROGRESS / TIMELINE
1. Deadline for a finished commission piece is around 1 WEEK. If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will give you a notice asap. If you have a specific deadline, please make sure to mention this when ordering.2. Deadline is subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece and communication turnaround.3. Progress is divided into the following: Sketch > Lineart + Color draft > Final artwork.4. Once payment has been confirmed, I will show you a sketch for approval. Major revisions must be communicated clearly at this stage.5. Once sketch is approved, I will show you the lineart and color draft for approval. Any major revisions at this stage will be charged an extra amount.6. Final artwork will be sent via Google Drive link in .png image format, 350dpi resolution, with a small watermark. Final artwork does not include the working files (.csp).
REVISIONS
1. Sketch phase: 3 rounds of major revisions is free of charge.2. Lineart + color draft phase: 2 rounds of minor revisions is free of charge.3. Revisions outside of the above-mentioned scope will incur an additional cost.4. While working on the commission piece, I may offer suggestions that I feel could be a better fit. These suggestions are free and the final decision will still remain yours.5. Please give feedback within 2 days. On day 2, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous message. If there's still no contact after 2 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for an approval to not cause delay.
PAYMENT
1. Full payment upfront via PayPal invoice. Invoice will be sent after we’ve agreed upon the details of the commission.2. Prices are subject to change according to complexity of the piece and additional revisions.
3. Commission will only be started once payment has been confirmed.4. If payment has not been confirmed 3 days after invoice has been sent, the commission and invoice will be considered cancelled.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.2. A full refund is the net amount I receive after PayPal transaction fees have been deducted. This can be requested before any work on your commission begins.3. No refunds are possible if work on your commission has started or after delivery of the final artwork.4. Cancellations are only allowed if the payment has not been sent yet.5. If I am unable to finish a commission due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, illness) or miss the deadline without giving a notice, I will issue a full refund.6. If you file a chargeback against me, your right to any artwork I have made for you will be retracted.
